She is dedicated to providing client-centered, holistic care that honors the connection between your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual selves. Lindsey builds therapeutic relationships using empathy, trust, transparency, and humor. She utilizes evidence-based interventions to support and help adults navigate life's many stages and transitions.

Lindsey is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and an Approved Supervisor through both the Minnesota Board of Social Work and the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota.
Lindsey brings 18+ years of medical and clinical social work experience. Her clinical expertise spans diverse settings, from perinatal and postnatal support, through perimenopausal and menopausal transitions, to aging and end-of-life care. Lindsey has been an innovator in client-centered care and organizational growth while specializing in complex grief support.
Lindsey holds an Advanced Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care through The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. She serves on both the JEDI (Justice, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion) and Ethics Committees for the National Association for Social Workers.
